Whats up with the rapid change?
On a sidenote: In the state of Georgia, anyone who is sixteen years of age or older is capable of legally consenting to sexual intercourse. Anyone who is under sixteen years of age is not. Anyone having sexual intercourse with someone under 16 years of age is committing rape by statute, regardless of whether the participants feel it was consensual. So long as the two parties are within two years of age, the act is considered a misdemeanor, if the older of the two parties is more than two years of age different than the younger party, it is considered a felony. A Seventeen year old girl is only "off-limits" to cameras, at least in this state. There are plenty of others where it's different.
